Tuesday appreciation post to @socialpantry we had an exciting brief for a private fragrance launch for a special Liberty perfume. Here is our signature cocktail developed for the event. LIBERTY SCENT London Dry Gin, Early Grey Tea, Cardamon & Coriander, Grapefruit Reduction, Pinot Grigio. Garnished with Dried Chamomile Flowers and Fresh Ginger.

it's Sunday Funday, so let's make a Paloma this afternoon.... PALOMA 50ml Tequila Blanco (100% agave spirit) 25ml Freshly squeezed strained grapefruit juice 12.5ml Fresh Lime Juice 7.5ml Agave 50ml Grapefruit tonic/soda Pop all your ingredients minus the grapefruit tonic/soda into an ice filled cocktail shaker Shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into an ice filled hiball glass, top with your tonic or soda, garnish, sip back and relax.

Here's one for a beautiful summers day for @coole_swan Coole Colada 40ml Coole Swan 20ml Coconut Rum 20ml Pineapple Vodka 15ml coconut water Toasted coconut flakes, a pineapple leaf or an edible flower to garnish Method Pour all the ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and add your garnish of your choice. Sip back and enjoy.
