Let the Christmas Celebrations begin 🥂🍰 This morning, be:technology enjoyed a lovely breakfast to kickstart the celebrations later on tonight 💃🏻 Later this afternoon we will be heading off to Albert Schloss for a Christmas Lunch followed by our big do this evening (get your dancing shoes ready everyone) 💃🏻🕺🏻🪩

2024!!!! What a year this one has been... From starting the year out fixing roofs and laying tiles to ending the year sitting in an office and cold calling everyone in the Midlands. 🔨📞 This year has been interesting...🤨 I learnt a lot of important life lessons too such as: - Don't go on my phone on a roof with no scaffolding📱 - Don't throw tiles and nails off a roof into a client's garden🏡 - Pick up the phone and crack on - Don't be emotional when being rejected (In all aspects 😂 ) - Enjoy the little things And much more! 👀Quick Overview - This year has been everything I wanted it to be, including the ups and the downs, I have progressed more than I could have imagined. 👏Excited to see what 2025 brings and I look forward to partnering with more and more businesses in the Midlands and finding my candidates their dream roles. 🔊Some highlights were... ✈Visiting more than 4 countries (Ibiza especially) 📞Qualifying as a 360 Consultant and doubling my target in one month 💪Benched 100KG (very proud of that one) 🎖Won consultant of the month be:technology 🤝Helped many marketers find their dream role 🏠Moving into a new office with the team ☀Hit my target and went to Portugal with work 🇵🇹 Here are some photos to reflect the year.📷 Eager to start the new year and I hope everyone has a Holly Jolly Christmas 🎄and a Happy New Year!🎉

2024, 𝙤𝙝 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣! ...and it's definitely 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯! Looking back, the first half of the year feels like it happened years ago. 2024 has been challenging for many - a true rollercoaster. 😢Many talented individuals faced redundancies. ❌Businesses drastically cut costs, with some even halting operations altogether. 📉Reed reported a further decline in vacancies following the NI increase, despite already being at low levels. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗱! 🤝We have partnered with some amazing businesses who are really looking to kick start their growth journey in 2025 🤩We helped many amazing individuals secure their dream roles and if we didn't have the right thing for them, we pointed them in the right direction. 🏡be:technology has a new home in an amazing new space 🎯We set out a very exciting plan for 2025 and introduced new policies to support everyone 𝘼𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙚.. ✈I visited 5 beautiful countries 👨👨👧👧I am continuously 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 and cannot wait to see what we achieve next year! 💪🏻Somehow managed to finally do unassisted pull ups (yes this is an achievement, my upper body is weak AF😂) 🏆Won multiple COM awards at be:technology 🤑Closed my 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 to date in my recruitment journey 🎨Started to really focus on my 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 (there is still a lot more work to be done, but we are on the right tracks) ⛷Hit both Summer and Winter incentive (although I had to miss the Summer trip as we were celebrating a family event) And I cannot wait to see what 2025 brings 😍 But this isn’t goodbye—there’s still work to do this week.
