  • Reflecting on a fantastic year 🤩 2024 has been a great year for us at before nine. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have worked with some really big clients who have made long-term commitments to their people’s well-being and development. So, what 3 words would we use to describe our year? 🌟 Innovation: We’ve continuously iterated what we do, and how we do it, to meet the unique needs of our clients 🤝 Partnership: We’ve continued to build strong relationships with clients, old and new. 🙌 Collaboration: We’ve co-created some great initiatives and programmes, as an example, the MindPower programme with SSEN Transmission.   • It's that time of year again! Today is Christmas Jumper Day 🎄 This day was first introduced by Save the Children UK back in 2012 to create a better future for children who need it most. In 2023, over 1.5 million children and teachers and 27,000 workplaces took part and raised £3 million! This year, we're being encouraged to swap, buy second-hand or re-wear a pre-loved jumper. An Archimedia Accounts article showed that the most in-demand work arrangements in the UK are remote (24.8%) and hybrid (21.3%).
