We’re inspired to see our teams going the extra mile every day, championing inclusivity and sustainability in all corners of our business. Congratulations to everyone involved on the launch of our new #InclusiveUniform guidelines—a powerful initiative shaped by team feedback and aligned with our values and #SecondNature #ESG goals. This is a fantastic example of how inclusive collaboration can drive meaningful change. Well done to all who made this happen!👏 #CollaborationIsKey #FuelYourIndividuality

I’m thrilled to share that today, BaxterStorey has launched our new #InclusiveUniform guidelines! These guidelines are the result of valuable feedback from our team members, gathered through the past two Cultural Assessment Surveys and direct input. Your voices shaped this initiative—you said, we did. This has been a journey, ensuring not only that the guidelines are thoughtful and inclusive but also that we can fully deliver on them. It began in April with a transition to a new uniform provider, aligned with Supply Chain’s ESG sustainable cotton targets. In May, we introduced a new #WorkplaceAdjustments policy and a Manager’s Guide, followed by updates to our Dress Code policy. Now, we’re excited to roll out these supporting guidelines. The focus is not just on providing uniform options and alterations, but on ensuring inclusivity throughout the entire process. This achievement is the result of an incredible team effort—a true collaboration across our operations, supply chain, HR, ER, Health & Safety, communications teams, and our uniform provider. A heartfelt thank-you to everyone involved for bringing this vision to life. I can’t wait to see these guidelines in action across all our locations. Samantha W.
