Use hashtags in activity cards to make it easier for your team to locate specific activities across timeline feeds on HubSpot CRM records. 👉 Agree on a standard list of hashtags with your team 👉 Use the # when adding an activity - note, task, meeting, call 👉 Search the # on the global or timeline feed search bar on a CRM record TOP TIPS: - Be specific: Use meaningful, actionable hashtags (e.g., #Renewal2024) to reduce clutter - Keep it short: Avoid long or overly complex tags that are hard to remember - Standardise across teams: Ensure everyone uses the same hashtags to maximise their utility Example: Imagine an account manager is reviewing a company’s timeline ahead of a meeting to discuss their renewal.
