CEO at Perth Citizens Advice 💙 Passionate about empowering people 🚀 Advocate for Scotland's brilliant third sector 🔥
Over the past couple of weeks Sarah Russell and I have been delivering our new Support and Connect training which, in a nutshell, is about the ways in which we can identify need and then refer to the best sources of help. This recognises that we can’t all do everything alone and we need to take partnership approaches to support. This course is for both service managers and front line workers working in Perth and Kinross to help build confidence in carrying out holistic conversations, identifying need and accessing routes to support. There’s lots more detail in the link but if you, your colleagues or anyone else would benefit from this training please share and we’re happy to answer any questions
