⚡️January was a great month for clean energy generation across the UK as highlighted in National Grid ESO’s monthly generation summary. 💡Throughout the month, 47% of electricity across the UK was generated from zero-carbon sources, hitting a 83% peak on 1 January. 🌬️ After gas, wind was the second largest source of energy, generating 33.3% of electricity.
