Movember: We grew, we gave, we made a difference. 💙 This year, our Movember efforts were nothing short of stache-tacular! Together, we raised an incredible £2,266 in support of men’s mental and physical health causes. Beyond growing moustaches, dyeing them blue(!) or shaving them off entirely; we absolutely smashed our activity and step goals. For 2024, Movember aligned with our DEIB team’s Q4 focus on Masculinity in the Workplace. Through their learnings and presentations back to the business, our team explored how we can better support men’s mental and physical health while encouraging strong, compassionate people skills — skills that include embracing vulnerability as a strength. With our team stepping up (literally!), we collectively walked an amazing 1,385,880 steps — that’s 1,056 kilometres (or 656 miles) — to raise awareness and funds for critical causes like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. From every step taken to every donation received, this was a true team effort. 💪✨ There may have been a few blisters and battle wounds along the way, but every step was worth it to advance these important conversations and make a difference. To everyone who donated, cheered us on, or got involved—thank you. You’ve helped us grow awareness, foster understanding, and strengthen our commitment to supporting men’s health. Working closely with their team, we presented three tailored options, from simple updates to a full luxury transformation. Now that's what we call a Wicked transformation! ✨ As part of KP Snacks' spellbinding partnership with the highly anticipated Wicked film, we brought a touch of theatre to stores installing immersive POS installations for the Butterkist 'Wicked Partnership Roadshow'. In just three days, we turned five convenience stores across the UK into Wicked-themed showstoppers, complete with stock-holding arches, Butterkist cauldrons, shelf toppers and more. When branding takes over, it really takes over. 💥 Back in September, we transformed the Waitrose & Partners at King's Cross into a full on brand experience for our lovely clients at Campari Group. From bold floor vinyls and striking bar graphics to FSDUs and a full glow-up that turned the wine bar into a celebration of the iconic Negroni. And yes, there were tastings and classic drinks served up too! 🍷 Each branded element worked together to make Campari show-stopping, cementing its presence in the store. We led this from site survey to design, install, and derig, ensuring every inch of this activation set the bar (literally!). Finding the right garden care products shouldn’t be a guessing game—yet for over a third of shoppers it is. With so many similar products on the shelves, it’s easy to see why. We worked with Evergreen Garden Care to change that. Tasked with transforming the fertiliser category for their heritage brand Levington® at Blue Diamond Garden Centres, we set out to make the shopping experience simpler, more inspiring, and easier to navigate. The renaming of a well-established brand was just the start. Modular POS display kits tailored to various store formats brought clarity and creativity to the fixture. These displays spotlighted the unique benefits of Levington® Soil Supplements, while easy-to-read infographics broke down product details, and QR codes directed shoppers to practical ‘How To’ videos—giving them confidence long after leaving the store. Not only did this project win multiple awards; it drove measurable growth in footfall, engagement, and sales. And the impact was certainly clear, as Jake Smith, Garden Care Manager at Rake Garden Centre, put it: “I used to be stopped daily by customers asking which fertiliser they needed for a specific task. Since Evergreen installed the Levington® Soil Supplements POS, I haven’t been stopped once!
