About us

As your business is expanding are your systems and people starting to feel those growing pains? Have you employed a sales person and lost track of how many quality leads being generated, the number of appointments being made and whether these appointments match your target customer profiles? Do you know where your sales process is up to in real-time, everyday? Maybe you've had a surge in business and inbound queries mean your customer service experience is creaking at the seams; you can't keep track of issues, and you're low on available resources to resolve them in good time. Do you have a system that helps your team understand how to stop the same issues occurring again? Do these growing pains mean you have to work longer hours, worrying about your business more than you used to, and potentially leading to a motivation problem within your team? Whether you're using customer relationship management (CRM) software already, or using a mass of spreadsheets and databases that have spread across your business, then your business may benefit from: • A more robust sales process with a system that tracks activities, automates reminders and monitors progress against goals - to help increase sales • A reliable way to forecast sales over the next 6 months, report progress against target, and provide a structured way to manage sales teams quotas across different territories - to help manage growth • Structured issue tracking with an embedded and version controlled knowledge base that improves efficiency and effectiveness in your customer service teams - to help improve the customer experience Once you have a system in place that you can trust, you can then tangibly monitor its effectiveness, pinpoint areas that need improving, and continually refine it. Contact All My Systems, we can help.

  • Welcome to All My Systems (AMS) - we're not just about implementing first-class Microsoft Dynamics solutions - we aim to be a workplace where everyone's ideas are valued, their growth is nurtured, and their work-life balance is actually balanced. We want to create a workplace that feels like home (but with better technology!). At AMS, we're a bit like a family - if your family were a bunch of technically gifted, problem-solving wizards! We're small enough that everyone knows your name, but big enough to take on projects that make a real difference to businesses across the UK and beyond. Learning is key to what we do. We're always curious, exploring new ways of thinking, communicating, and problem-solving. Our team thrives on asking "why?" and "how can we do this better?" It's not just about keeping up with technology - it's about staying ahead of the curve and bringing fresh ideas to the table. We're as excited about our team's growth as we are about our clients'. So we are always open to new ideas about a new service or approach. After all, innovation doesn't just happen in boardrooms - it can happen in meetings, in Teams chats, and during those "aha!" moments that can strike anytime. At AMS, we're proud of our journey. We've had our share of bumps and "oops" moments, but that's how we've learned and grown. We're not perfect, but we're always striving to be better - for our clients, for each other, and for ourselves. Our values aren't just words on a wall - they're the principles we live by every day: 1. Continuous Learning: We never stop growing and evolving. 2. Collaboration: We're stronger together. 3. Innovation: We're not afraid to think outside the box. 4. Helping others: We love helping people, whether it is our clients, our colleagues, or the broader small business community. Our goal is to make a positive impact on everyone we interact with.  5. Excellence in implementation: We take pride in our work and ensure that every system we deploy is the best it can be. In the words of our team, "Journey beats destination." And it really is quite the adventure. We're not just implementing Dynamics - we're building a community, helping our team and clients grow, and having a bit of fun along the way. #AMSValues #MicrosoftDynamics #CollaborationMatters

  • Eight tips to improve your CRM implementation. 📒

If your company culture isn't ready for a CRM system, implementing one can feel like fitting a square peg into a round hole. Does your business have the right culture to make a CRM work? Here are eight pointers to consider if you're thinking of implementing a CRM: 1. Off-the-shelf doesn't mean ready-to-go. Integrating in a CRM system without preparation rarely works. 2. Your company's history matters. How have past system changes or product launches fared? This can predict how successful the CRM roll out will be. 3. Change management is vitally important. Do you have champions who can rally the troops for new initiatives? 4. People make or break CRM. If your team resists change or doesn't prioritise customer relationships, even the best system will struggle. 5. Beware of the blame game. A poorly implemented CRM can become a scapegoat for poor customer service, leading to a downward spiral. 6. Data quality is key. Bad data in = unreliable reports out. 7. CRM is about relationships - both with customers and within your team. It's both a technological upgrade and a cultural shift. 8. Before you start your CRM implementation, take a good look at your company culture. Are you ready for the change? What's been your experience with implementing new systems? #BusinessCulture #CRM #ChangeManagement

I've got a bit of a confession to make. We hit a snag at AMS, and I thought I'd share it because I think many of us might be facing the same issue without even realising it. So this is the thing- we've been diligently inputting data into our system, but we haven't been making the most of it. Here's what happened: 1. We were capturing several data points for each of our projects - about 10 per project. 2. When it came time to create reports, we realised we only needed 8 of those data points. 3. With 20-30 projects on the go, that's a lot of unnecessary data entry - between 40 to 60 bits! As well as wasting our time, the result is that I couldn't get a clear picture of how one of our departments was performing which was quite frustrating. So, what did we learn? 🔹 Always have a reason for the data you're collecting. 🔹 Regularly review what you're reporting on and why. 🔹 Make sure your team understands why they're inputting specific data. 🔹 Create useful reports that actually help you make decisions. Remember, it's not just about getting data into the system - it's about getting the right data out. Have you faced anything similar in your business? How did you overcome it? #DataManagement #BusinessInsights #LessonsLearned #MicrosoftDynamics

  • Our 'why' is to do things differently: give our team broad skills so that they learn more but can also offer customers a better experience in the process. What's the 'why' of your business?

Have you ever met someone who really loves what they do for a living? Their eyes light up when they talk about work, and you can feel their enthusiasm. That's what happens when a person - or a business - has found their 'why'. It's that spark or driving force that keeps you going even when things get tough. And, to be honest, in business, things do get tough from time to time. For us at All My Systems, we've found our 'why', and it's about shaking things up a bit. You know how in most tech companies, everyone's a specialist? Well, we thought, "What if we did things differently?" So, we're training our team to be all-rounders because we think it's better for everyone. For example, if you're a customer with a problem, you call up, and instead of being passed from pillar to post, you get someone who can actually solve your issue right there and then - no waiting, no frustration, just solutions. The great thing about this is that our team loves it too. They're learning new skills all the time, taking ownership of problems, and feeling more connected to their work. I personally enjoy watching our team grow, see our customers smile, and feel that we are making changes in the tech industry for the better. We're quite pleased with how it's going. What gets you out of bed in the morning? What's your business 'why'? #WhatIsYourWhy #CustomerCare #TeamGrowth
