Imagine drafting a comprehensive Education, Health and Care Plan in just 7 minutes. 🚀 At Agilisys Transform, we are putting people first with tools hosted on our QuickAction platform that deliver better outcomes for children and families. One of these tools, EHCP Plus, developed in partnership with Outcomes Matter Consulting and Datnexa, takes input from multiple sources and creates a first draft of an EHCP in just 5-7 minutes. EHCP Plus gives caseworkers more time by taking the heavy lifting out of writing an EHCP to instead focus on what truly matters - making the critical decisions that ensure plans meet each child’s unique needs and statutory requirements. Caseworkers are irreplaceable and the work they do on the ground directly improves the lives and outcomes for SEND children. EHCP Plus isn’t here to take their place—it’s here to support them. The result? ✅ Higher-quality plans ✅ More time to engage with families and schools ✅ Improved outcomes for children and families Want to see how AI is helping caseworkers spend less time on admin and more time with those who matter most? Imagine creating a comprehensive draft of an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) in just 7 minutes. Generative AI is transforming how EHCPs are developed, and Agilisys is leading the charge with our EHCP Plus tool developed in conjunction with Outcomes Matter Consulting and Datnexa. This innovative solution takes input from a variety of sources, distilling it all into a first draft of an EHCP in just 5-7 minutes. While the tool delivers a complete and comprehensive plan, it’s designed to empower caseworkers to focus on the final 20%—making the critical decisions that ensure provisions are allocated effectively and children receive better outcomes. The result? Higher-quality plans, more time for frontline work, and a real difference in children’s lives. Want to see how AI is reshaping public services? • The UK is currently facing a major social care crisis, with approximately 250,000 individuals awaiting care assessments as of 2023. This backlog highlights the urgent need for innovative solutions to improve care delivery and outcomes. In response, Agilisys has partnered with the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) to bring ethical generative AI innovations to the social care sector. This collaboration is focused on: 1. Reducing administrative burdens, allowing social workers to spend more time supporting individuals and families. 2. Improving decision-making with consistent, high-quality insights. 3. Unlocking new ways of working, enabling teams to deliver better care. Our approach is rooted in ethical AI principles, ensuring that technology enhances human interaction rather than replacing it. By integrating generative AI, we aim to empower care professionals to make a lasting impact. • 📢 Supporting Inclusive Education with EHCP Plus We’re delighted to see the government’s commitment to investing in specialist places within mainstream schools, ensuring children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can thrive in inclusive environments. This is a vital step towards creating a more equitable education system. 👏 However, creating these places is just one piece of the puzzle. For this investment to truly deliver on its promise, it must be accompanied by wraparound improvements in the tools and systems supporting the SEND process. That’s why we’re proud to offer EHCP Plus, designed in collaboration with Outcomes Matter Consulting and Datnexa. Our tool is tailored to save caseworkers hours on EHCP drafting, enabling them to focus on direct support for children and families. Let’s ensure that investment in specialist places is matched by investment in improving how we support the SEND process. Together, we can create an education system that works for everyone. 🔗 Read more about our vision for inclusive education. #SEND #EHCPPlus #InclusiveEducation #GenerativeAI #EdTech #LocalGovernment #Collaboration
