On day two of ACEVOFest (5 March 2025) all attendees will have time to join two short sessions of online networking in Zoom breakout rooms, to meet peers, exchange ideas and discuss shared challenges, plus a chance to relax and decompress in the middle of the day: • 12:30 - 12:50: peer groups for leaders according to the stage of their leadership journey - aspiring CEOs, new CEOs (1-3 years), growing CEOs (4-7 years), experienced CEOs (8+ years). • 12:55 - 13:15: a choice between discussions around shared challenges identified in advance by members (let us know your suggestions for topics!), or a 'chill out room' with a structured relaxation exercise. Check the ACEVOFest page to find out more and book your ticket. https://lnkd.in/e8_Mv294

📱 Many charity leaders have been asking me about navigating social media lately - particularly with all the changes at X, the rise of Bluesky, and how to make the most of LinkedIn. They're also keen to explore other digital channels such as podcasting. The truth is, we're in a fascinating period of change for social media. But rather than seeing this as a challenge, I believe it's an opportunity for charity leaders to try new approaches and find fresh ways to connect with their audiences. One thing hasn't changed though - success isn't about which channel you're on, it's about understanding your audience and what you want them to do. ➡️ Read the full guide here: https://lnkd.in/eESq3E6z Would love to hear your thoughts.
