It was a fulfilling day yesterday attending my first London Build Expo. Attended various interesting panels and discussion topics. Always exciting to meet new faces and catch up with colleagues from the industry. The highlight of the day was definitely an invitation by AccuRoof special thanks Ross Finnie Michael L. to control room B at the iconic Battersea Power Station for Architecture Today award evening. Fun and great night overall. It is also heartwarming to see Malaysia's foreign investment doing so well, while enabling the restoration of the Grade II* listed building allowing future generations to appreciate it's importance.

Lucent W1 is shortlisted in the 2024 Pitched Roofing Awards!   The project, which combined skills with slate, zinc and hot melt flat roofing into one amazing building has three nominations: ✅ Best use of a heritage roof ✅ Best use of slate for a commercial project ✅ Sustainable project of the year   It was a collaborative venture between AccuRoof, roofing contractor E J Roberts and main contractor Wates Group.
