We're hiring! 22cans are looking for a talented Animator who can bring the world of Masters of Albion to life with beautiful animation and whose work makes us smile! Responsible for the full animation pipeline: Defining and creating content, maintaining visual/performance style and getting the final animation into the game. This is a role that might suit someone talented in the craft of animation but with a desire to step up to a more integral/key and influential position. Role & Responsibilities: Preparing and rigging characters and assets for animation. Character and Prop animation. 3D and 2D asset animation in Unity. Cut scene Character and prop animation. Taking Direction from the Art & Creative Director as well as style cues from existing animation work. Working closely with Production, Code and Design to help realise the vision to an appropriately high level of quality and in a timely manner. Providing Animation support for all the studio’s titles where required. Liaising with external animators where required. Maintaining the animation archive and WIKI. Attributes: Should LOVE animating. A self-starter, motivated and who has deserved confidence in their ability. As an animator, you'd be working in-house and solo (though seated within the Art team) but we have lots of cross-discipline support and involvement on all our features, so the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues in all disciplines is essential. MUST be able to demonstrate their talent with a recent showreel. Experience: We’d expect years of relevant experience animating titles similar to Masters of Albion and/or AAA titles. Getting at least one significant title to launch. Ability to animate semi-stylised performances. Maya and/or Blender keyframe animation Unity experience desirable. We're hiring! 22cans are on the lookout for a talented Social/Community Manager to lead our community building efforts in anticipation of our upcoming title - codename Project MOAT, a Strategy God game developed for PC. You’ll be working to build a community from the ground up, championing the community in front of the studio, creating exciting content across our public presence. We are on the lookout for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable creating written content, long and short form, who is also a dab hand at capturing in game footage, someone who understands the multifaceted aspects of community engagement. Ideally, you will have some experience as a content producing CM throughout the entire dev cycle – we are very keen to hear from people who love to talk with the community and really get stuck into the creative aspects of this customer facing role.
