A client approached us with a concept for a unique location where guests can escape the city hustle, enjoy nature, and earn a stable passive income. Emshir is not just a cottage complex but a retreat center for relaxation and rejuvenation among like-minded people. Before starting our SMM efforts, we highlighted the main advantages: + Location The project is located in Verkhovyna, easily accessible by car, and offers breathtaking mountain views. No neighbors in sight—just you and nature. + Concept From Bali-inspired design to the asymmetric exterior of the cottages, guests can enjoy privacy, recharge, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals. + Infrastructure The centerpiece is a unique pyramid in the Carpathians for events, retreats, and conferences. Additionally, we plan to include a SPA area, reception, and a rooftop bar. We developed specific categories and incorporated live photo and video content to boost audience engagement and share construction progress. Investment themes were also crucial, as the project offers attractive conditions and stable high returns. We created a separate highlight and launched several promotional posts. The focus shifted to high-quality content and engagement, with influencer marketing and ads gaining prominence. 2022-2024: Maturity Instagram has reached maturity, emphasizing high-quality content and video. What do a music festival and nostalgia have in common? 🤔 Let us tell you how a successful marketing campaign became the key factor in raising over 100 million UAH for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Atlas is one of the largest music festivals in Ukraine. This year, the festival had a charitable goal: to raise over 100,000,000 UAH for the purchase of drones for Ukraine's defenders. But where does nostalgia come in? In the festival's warm-up! The organizers of Atlas United, along with 12 festival friends, created a video tribute to famous movies: "Ocean's Twelve," "Fast & Furious," "Mission Impossible," and "Western." The results in numbers: the video garnered over 5 million impressions on Instagram, 605,000 views on TikTok, 500,000 views on YouTube, and countless goosebumps for viewers. The festival brought together 100 artists, businesses, and 63,000 guests. Most importantly, it succeeded in raising over 100 million UAH for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
