Team Member

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system - Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system, such as Aloha POS - Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote special offers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Attention to detail for accurate order taking and food preparation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
