Alamo Capri - $200 (Minerva)

For sale is my late 60’s /early 70’s all tube Alamo Capri.
This is basically an off brand Fender Champ.
It’s about 5 watts and has a decent sounding 10inch Alamo branded speaker.
Simple volume and tone controls.
Crank the volume up and it does the low wattage tube amp overdrive thing beautifully.
The amp is in very good shape cosmetically with just a few spots where the tolex has begun peeling.
The amp works as it should and is great for obtaining overdrive at low volumes for practice or recording.
It does have the original two prong, ungrounded power cord.
Looks like original tubes as well.
I currently own too many low wattage tube amps unfortunately and this one doesn’t get used enough to justify keeping it.
I’ve owned several Alamo amps and found them to be a great value.
They are basically copies of the popular fender circuits of the day but not unobtainably expensive (yet).
Get this one for about the same price as a boutique guitar pedal.
Price is firm.
Any less and I might as well keep it.
