Job Summary:
The Title Clerk at Carl Hogan Automotive will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all vehicle titles for the dealership.
This is a Full Time, hourly position in the Auto industry located in Columbus, Mississippi.
The role is an individual contributor position and will report to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Process all new and used vehicle titles in a timely and accurate manner, following all state and federal regulations
- Verify accuracy of title information and resolve any discrepancies
- Submit all required paperwork and fees to the appropriate state agencies for title issuance
- Ensure all titles are properly signed and notarized before submission
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all titles and related paperwork
- Keep up to date with changes in state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles
- Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies regarding title issues and resolution
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive title processing preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dealership management software preferred
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
