Great course and the instructor was very engaging. The material was enlightening, while not being judgmental. It encourages personal growth...not guilt.

Read MoreI came into this course with a general understanding of the terminology but the course really helped to clarify everything for me. The 4 pillars of identity is a great framework for conceptualizing gender. I will be so much more able to serve LGBTQ families with skill and compassion when I'm not fumbling over the language and bumping up against my own uncertainty. I was actually just thinking the other days that I’d like to review parts of the course. Trystan also does a great job of explaining how we can develop habits around the information to make for smoother communication, and avoid shame spirals and embarrassing apology parades when we make mistakes in our learning process. Thank you so much!
