As Mercedes-Benz Tech Türkiye (MBTT), we're thrilled to announce the launch of our AI initiative within the organization! 🚀 I am excited to Share Our AI Roadmap! With the introduction of our comprehensive MBTT AI roadmap, we are setting a new standard and paving the way for innovative projects. This initiative aligns perfectly with our strategic focus, not just AI for the sake of AI. Here’s a glimpse of what we've achieved so far: 🔸 Internal Communication: We created internal communication channels to widen the knowledge in the AI and organized ideation sessions to find out new implementation areas.  🔸 Tech Talks: Scheduled regular tech talks to educate and engage our team about AI and conducted AI Awareness Seminars to improve AI knowledge of the organization. 🔸 Trainings: We created training paths in Beginner, Intermediate and Advance levels for our potential AI Engineers.  🔸 Maturity Workshop: We organized an onsite workshop for our management team to evaluate the maturity level of organization on AI with the support of AI consulting professions.  🔸AI Products: As of today, MBTT has two AI Projects live using GenAI and NLP/NLU. Last but not least, our organization has several areas that we use AI/ML algorithms within the data projects. This is just the beginning! Rollout Projects are a primary focus for MBTT, and with our extensive team of rollout experts within the HoT organization, our next target is to integrate AI into our rollout processes. While MBTT is a “Voice of the Market” with the rollout projects, we believe that using modern AI methodologies and technologies will enhance the quality in Mercedes Benz operations! We took part in “Artificial Intelligence for Sustainability and Corporate Resilience” panel at Deniz Bank GRC Summit! Recently we have enabled Zero Value Authentication in the Turkish market!  This fintech innovation bridges a significant technology gap between Turkish market and other countries that excel in payments. 💳 With Zero Value Authentication, we now;  - offer a seamless verification experience to customers.  - and an excellent tool to reduce expired card, stolen card, lost card, invalid card declines for our merchants. I’m incredibly proud to be part of this launch in the Turkish market.  1️⃣ Merchants no longer need to charge customers smaller amounts like 1 TRY, 5 TRY or 10 TRY and release or not it just to check if a card is valid—no more workarounds needed!  2️⃣ Adopting Zero Value Authentication aligns the Turkish market with global payment standards, making it easier for international merchants to operate in Turkish market. 3️⃣ This infrastructure paves the way for additional fintech innovations, such as tokenization, further enhancing the payments ecosystem. We are happy to gift this for the Turkish payments ecosystem, anticipating a cashless payment world soon. Akbank, a strong supporter of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, is running the Akbank+ program under the umbrella of its innovation center, Akbank LAB, to support employees who want to establish their own startups. In the second term of the program, Akbank provided a $400,000 investment to Metriqus, a startup that enables game studios to make data-driven decisions in their marketing activities. Developed by Akbank employees Timur Demirkıran and Esra Atakişi, Metriqus helps mobile game studios use data more effectively in their marketing activities. With the Metriqus solution, game studios can access intelligent insights for their marketing activities and manage all their data from a single point. This allows them to make their marketing strategies more data-driven and receive recommendations to reach the right target audience. In the first term of Akbank+, with investments in the startups Waste Log, which digitizes waste processes, and VOLTLA, which improves the experiences of electric vehicle owners, the total investment reached $1.4 million. Burcu Civelek Yuce, Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking and Digital Solutions at Akbank, said: "In the Akbank+ program, Akbank employees with startup ideas can receive end-to-end support in all areas they need, such as training, mentorship, product development, and investment.
