Kapanış konuşmasını Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız Sayın Ayşe Nazmiye Uça gerçekleştirdi: Değerli katılımcılar, bugün burada geleceği şekillendirme potansiyeline sahip bir dernek için bir araya geldik. Tamamen bakir bir alan olan bordro sektöründe, bu zamana kadar kurulmamış bir derneğin temellerini atmanın heyecanını yaşıyoruz. Hem piyasanın hem de çalışanların böyle bir derneğe ihtiyaç duyduğunu gözlemliyoruz. Örneğin, sadece bir lisans uygulaması gerçekleştirdik ve katılımcılardan, “Biz de bu lisans uygulamasına katılabilir miyiz?” gibi sorular alıyoruz. Pazarda çalışanların bu tür fırsatlara yönelik büyük bir hevesi var. Ancak, bu talepleri yürütmek kolay değil. İşte bu noktada sizin fikirleriniz, düşünceleriniz ve önerileriniz büyük önem taşıyor. Benim düşünceme göre, kendi iç yönetimimizi sağlamak hiç de kolay değil; dolayısıyla hep birlikte hareket etmemiz gerektiğine inanıyorum.
