Description | The Virginia Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Schedules are the schedules of maximum fees payable to providers for scheduled medical services rendered to injured workers on or after January 1, 2018, under the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act (the Act) in the absence of a contract for the payment of such services. The fee scheduled medical services include services provided by physicians, surgeons, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, other healthcare service providers and suppliers. |
