| Description | In order to insure non-interference with the work of the Legislature and state employees, to guarantee free movement of tourists and visitors in and around the seat of government, and to protect the landscape and buildings thereon from depredation and injury, regulations are established by the Director of the Division of Engineering and Buildings within the Department of General Services effective November 12, 1970. |
