German shepherd husky mix lost Oct? 2023 - $4,000 (Monroe County Michigan)

My dog got hit by a car and Monroe county humane society fostered her off without my permission against my will.
I had my dog since she was a puppy for 5 years.
I got her in 2018 or 2019.
She has been on every family vacation and to all my friends and families homes.
She does great with all animal types, kids and people.
I was waiting for my tax return to post: I'm offering a $4000 reward for the return of my dog.
I paid $1000 for her originally and and friends with the breeders and the dogs mother.
We all would love to have her back.
Her name is Luna.
She was a Christmas present to my children.
