Our growing company is seeking dedicated, dependable *Landscape Technicians* to work safely in the field.
As a landscape professional, you and your team members will play a pivotal role in maintaining client properties for Norwalk, Toledo & Bay Village customers.
You will work alongside other crew team members, receive direction from the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Executive Foreman.

*Core Lawn Tech Responsibilities*
* Must be able to operate Zero Turn Commercial Mowers, Back Pack Blowers, Weed Whacker, Stick Edger, Walk Behind Edger, Hedge Clippers, and other equipment as designated.
* Must be able to edge beds and spread mulch to our company standards
* Must keep equipment, trailers and trucks clean and in good repair.

* *Mechanic Experience:* in truck engines, small two cycle engines and commercial mower engines.
* *Fertilizer Applicator:* 1.
Experience working under a licensed applicator; 2.
You are a licensed applicator
* *Leadership Skills:* You have experience in leading and managing team members to be more productive and disciplined in their work.
We are interested in experienced motivators and leaders, not bosses or leads that demand from others and don’t produce themselves.
* *Carpentry, Concrete Tech & Concrete Finisher, Construction Experience:*
* *Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)*
* *Water Restoration Technician (WRT)*

*Requirements*
* Legal authorization to work in the United States
* Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
* Valid driver's license
* *Safe driving record *and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) a plus
* Work well with others, can take direction, not be resistant to leadership.

We offer a competitive hourly rate that is based on experience, starting at $14.
00 per hour that can increase depending on experience and skills.
