JOB SUMMARY: TH Plastics Inc.
a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Assembly / Molding Operator.
This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.
STARTING PAY: • 1st Shift - $16.
25 / hour • 2nd Shift - $17.
40 / hour • 3rd Shift - $17.
30 / hour CURRENT OPENINGS • 2nd Shift • 3rd Shift BENEFITS • Employee WIFI • 401K • 401K Matching • Air Conditioning on production floor • Paid Time Off • Light Manufacturing • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Disability Insurance • Clean Work Environment • Employee Discounts • Employee Assistance Programs SCHEDULE: • Monday - Friday • 8 hour shift JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information • Maintain efficiency to the approved standard • Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack • Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free • Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition • Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift • Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts • Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues • Complete all other duties, as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light lifting • Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English • Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication • Regular on-site attendance is required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds • Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
