SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Position Summary:
The Finish Room Associate I will have various tasks and responsibilities in the finishing department including:
• Manually apply finish and stain
• Prep and inspect parts
• Hang and Remove parts from the line
• Quality inspection
• Sanding wood parts
• Sealer sanding
Position Requirements:
• Lift over head up to 25lbs
• Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
• Must be detail oriented
• Good eye for color matching
• Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
• Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
• Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision
• Able to assist in training employees
• Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous finishing experience is preferred
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
• Ability to wear and use respiratory
