*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Responsible for ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the standards established by various local, state and federal regulatory organizations.
* Ensures quality, comprehensive and person-centered services are being provided to the individuals who reside in the homes.
* Determines appropriate numbers of staff and implementing policies and procedures needed to maintain staff.
* Administering personnel policies, identifying training needs and assuring that all staff meet job expectations.
* Providing initial and recurrent training to Direct Support Professionals.
* Evaluates the performance of House Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
* Responsible for supervising quality control by visiting supported living homes to support effectiveness, compliance and ensuring a positive quality of life
* Assists in crisis situations.
Will be trained in client de-escalation techniques.
*Qualifications and Education*
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years equivalent work experience
* Prefer exposure to developmental disabilities environment, not required
*Licenses, Certification, and Registrations*
* Valid Ohio Driver’s License
* Valid Automobile Insurance
* Reliable transportation to travel to homes, meetings, appointments, etc.
