*Job Responsibilities:*
Carnation Early Learning Center is urgently hiring for a food service professional responsible for all aspects of menu planning, food preparation, inventory, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
*Responsibilities include:*
-Preparing and serving age-appropriate breakfast, snack, and lunch to 30-45 children on a daily basis
-Following child meal guidelines outlined by the state of Ohio
-Adhering to all food safety regulations as outlined by the Toledo Lucas County Health Department
-Planning weekly menus and completing grocery ordering while adhering to the center's budget
-Daily cleanup of the kitchen, as well as weekly/monthly deep cleaning tasks
*Qualifications:*
-Food preparation and food service experience strongly preferred.
-Daycare/childcare experience preferred.
-ServSafe qualification preferred.
-High school diploma required.
