About the NAI
Founded in 2000, the NAI is a non–profit organization that is the leading self–regulatory association dedicated to responsible data collection and its use for digital advertising. Since 2000, we have been working with the leaders in online advertising to craft policies that help ensure responsible data collection and use practices. The result is the development of high standards that are practical and scalable to benefit everyone.
The NAI has been a thought leader on privacy for more than 20 years, helping its members implement best practices and stay ahead of regulatory trends from sensitive health data to the use of precise locations. The NAI’s goal is to build strong industry partnerships and develop the solutions needed for businesses to thrive in a privacy-centric future.
Interested companies and organizations are encouraged to learn more about the benefits of NAI membership and to reach out to our staff today about joining the NAI.
The NAI additionally offers several working groups designed to help the larger ecosystem collaboratively face unprecedented regulation and rapidly evolving new technologies. These working groups are open to NAI Members as well as to law firms, agencies, advertisers, publishers, OEMs, and others.
