(“Thangs 3D Inc”, “Thangs” “we” or “us”) in our capacity as “controller” or “business” under applicable data protection laws, on this website and other online or offline offerings through Thangs.com. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, we collectively refer to all of the products and services and websites as “Services”.
We refer to the terms below, any additional terms, terms of service, terms within the accompanying API, and any applicable policies and guidelines collectively as “Terms”. You agree to the Terms, and that the Terms will describe your rights and responsibilities. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Services.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. Information you provide with 3D models that you upload to the Services, such as metadata tags associated with the model that may include your email address, business contact information, and location information if it is included in the metadata may also be provided to us. Any information you provide using the public sharing features is not subject to the privacy protections referenced herein.
