The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration of all Testing Services operations at the Terre Haute Campus, including the Workforce Certification Center and the Academic Testing Center.
Ensure the administration of exams through Testing Services to meet exam integrity and security as well as provide exemplary customer service.
Coordinate training of all Testing Services staff charged with exam administration to meet vendor process and administration requirements.
Coordinate testing room activities and implement tests as needed
Assist with coordination of the scheduling of Testing Services activities.
Assist with coordination of record keeping and reporting of Testing Services activity.
Keep records of all Testing Services exam administration conducted on the campus and campus roll-up sites and other information as necessary to provide reports in a timely manner.
Assist with hiring and supervising appropriate staff, such as proctors as designated by the Testing Services Manager.
Assist with communication and marketing of Testing Services to internal audiences.
Assist with Testing Services budget including exam and supply purchasing as designated by the Testing Services Manager.
Work alongside Workforce Alignment and Academic partners on curriculum and/or training that includes exam administration.
Stay abreast of knowledge about academic assessments, certifications, and exam providers.
Obtain and maintain vendor credentialing to be able to proctor when needed.
Participate in training as necessary to stay abreast of appropriate technical areas.
Coordinate the use of any exam administration workstations placed at outlying locations.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three (3) years related experience in one or more of the following areas: testing centers, information management, resource management, training, or education.
Working knowledge of computers is essential.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
