The Graduate Assistant has the important role of completing complex projects for our office staff to continue serving students with the highest level of service throughout their academic venture.
The Scott College of Business Student Services office assists undergraduate students throughout their collegiate academic career with ensuring students are on track for graduation, registering for courses and guiding students to create connections with professors and alumni to excel in the workforce.
Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Student will work 20 hours per week as determined by supervisor.

Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following responsibilities are assigned to the position: Assist assigned undergraduate students in the Scott College of Business on class registration and degree plan.
Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Student Services with student files and specialized projects.
Liaison with Center of Global Engagement/International Students Embassies.
Assist Director with drafting letters for International Students when needed for the following, but not limited to: Change of Major, add an online class, drop a class or withdraw from a campus course.
Create and update the PowerPoint for the front office monitors.
Answer phone calls and email correspondences from students about questions or concerns they may have with courses.
Provide support at the front office with walk-ins to those students that may need immediate assistance.
Create and maintain the appropriate number of prospective student folders.
Check in students for their advising appointments and notify the appropriate Student Services advisor.
Provide tours to perspective and transfer students when requested.
