Works with Head Start families, children, volunteers and classroom staff to provide a comprehensive age appropriate, safe, child-centered learning environment which will insure that all child issues are addressed in a timely and positive manner, in accordance with federal, state, local, and Agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred.
* Must have demonstrated organizational skills.
* Must have knowledge of early childhood education.
* Must have documented ability to:
* Communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
* Meet and work well with the public.
* Must be able to relate to young children.
* Operate PC with working knowledge of Microsoft software applications including Windows, Microsoft Office, and related program software.
* Display an ability to learn and utilize new/custom software applications as required.
* Work well with and without supervision, and with other staff.
