SUMMARY
The casual dining attendant is responsible to ensure that all guests are provided a fast, friendly quality dining experience.
Duties will involve service of food and beverage items, collecting payment, cleaning and restocking in assigned venue.
Each team member ensures that the outlet is clean, organized and ready for the start of service.
They will follow instruction from Food and Beverage management to ensure the quality of food and excellence of service throughout their assigned shift.

• Greets on arrival and regards on departure to Guests visiting in a warm and inviting manner.
• Is able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment while being calm, collected and accurate with attention to detail.
• Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include cash and food handling requirements.
• Present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with guest’s loyalty in mind.
• Must be detail oriented and ensure that all items are correct, perhaps hundreds of times over.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and ensures the dining room / venue floor is presentable at all times.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information.
• Works with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radio, guest paging system, and both computerized and manual table management system.
• Interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty to occur.
• Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regard to working with diverse people and levels of authority.
• Multi-task ability and able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision and show a sense of urgency no matter what the business volume.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing
