"Uncertainty hangs over figuring out if memories are real. They could be from daydreams, quick peeks into a envisioned future, or just dreams. It's hard to say if they're recent, from way back, or just made up to escape life's tough parts. We can't pin them down as dreams, hallucinations, made-up stuff, or bits of real memories. But they carry a mix of good and bad feelings, a longing, and deep pain.

'After You Left' is the second album resulting from the collaboration Shahin and Adel initiated with their first release in 2022, 'Ima ایما.' It tells a love story full of doubt, questioning what's real as we delve into our memories. Here, the lover isn’t sure if what they experienced has truly happened or if it was ever real at all. They are lost, unable to determine if it occurred in the past, recently, or even if it was just fleeting thoughts of the future. All they know is that it was sweet, painful, and pure, and now it's lost."
