Plumbing Install Expert

POSITION SUMMARY: The Harts Plumbing Install Expert will layout and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to peace of mind during installations using the Harts service process.
JOB PARAMETERS: The Plumbing Install Expert position is a full time, hourly + bonus position, with shifts typically occurring Monday through Friday.
Shifts will vary within the hours of 6:30am and 6:00pm, based on customer demand.
Occasional overtime and weekend work is expected, as requested.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process.
Works with customers for a thorough understanding of install process.
Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget.
Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations.
Adeptly uses mobile phones, office messaging system, IPads, and industry software for communications.
Works closely and communicates with install coordinator, dispatch, install manager and sales experts for optimal customer experience.
Works with and provides education to apprentices, as requested.
Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES: Develop a proven track record in plumbing install, remodeling, water repipes, DWV repipes and trim.

EDUCATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: At least three years of related experience required.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job Ability to continually walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, reach in all directions Ability to work in tight spaces Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 100 pounds WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily on/in customer property.
