We are currently looking for individuals with childcare experience to join our community.

* *You have a military affiliation:* , including active duty, veteran, DOD civilian, Guard, Reservist, retired military, or be a spouse of someone in these groups, or a Gold Star family.
* *You love kids:* You love and care for kids and military kids have a special place in your heart.
* *You are balanced:* You understand the military lifestyle and you aren't out to nickel-and-dime families.
* *You want to contribute:* We ain't working for free, but it's not all about the money either.
You want to be able to help military families have piece of mind by watching after their kids.
* *You are adaptable:* Sometimes deployments can bring out emotions in kids, you egt that - and you are able to adapt to what that kid needs in that moment.
* *You are judgement free: *You know that every body is going through something, there are good days and bad days, are you don't judge people based on either one.
