Looking For Land (Oswego County NY)

I am looking for about 1 to 5 acres of land in Oswego County.
I would prefer to buy from the owner without a realtor involved.
Of course everything depends on location, what utilities are available ETC.
I want to build a 60 FT X 40FT garage, and some towns do not allow a garage to be put up before a home, so keep that in mind.
I prefer a fairly flat parcel with some nice trees, and privacy.
I do not mind doing some land clearing.
I will be able to pay with cash since most banks do not finance land.
I do prefer a square lot which would provide more road frontage.
I prefer to stay away from swampy areas.
If you are a farmer and plan on selling a couple acres or someone who needs to sell off some of their land, message me.
