Access to Customer Service Application
Hi,
I am very new to Pega, my aim is to understand the API's avaiable. I want to install the Customer Service Application on my community instance, to explore the API's in relation to this application, but am not clear on how to obtain/install this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You cannot install customer service on your community edition. You or your organization needs to have a licensed version where its installed. You can start going through the Pega Academy courses on APIs and complete the associated hands-on challenges for a start.
