On Android, you can use Annotations if you present your screen and select Entire screen. If you’re presenting using an Android device, you can't appoint co-annotators.

How to use Annotations in Google Meet
In a meeting:
- On your Android device, open the Meet app .
- Join a meeting.
- To present your screen:
- Tap Share screen Entire screen.
- Tap More options Share screen Entire screen.
- This feature will soon be available through single app sharing.
- As the presenter, you get the notification “You can annotate on the screen now. Everyone can see your annotations.”
- To select an annotation option, tap .
- Select one of the following:
- Pen
- Eraser
- Trash
- Select one of the following:
- To close and clear all existing annotations, select Exit annotations.
Check what you need to annotate a presentation
To annotate a presentation, make sure you:
- Use Android 11 and up
- Update to the latest version of Google Meet
