2006 Chevy suburban low miles - $4,200

Nice running 2006 Chevy Suburban with very low miles (105,8xx) truck drives straight going 90 down the highway with no wobble, super smooth and powerful! Great truck for work, around town or bigger families.
It’s an R title but no issues with how it drives it was all cosmetic stuff.
Has a check engine code that occasionally pops up but goes away.
My mechanic said it’s for one of the cylinders getting too much fuel usually caused by a spark plug or injector that needs a cleaning/replacement.
He said to not worry about it and keep driving it as is unless I feel I wanted to get it done.
Price reflects these things.
Outside is 4/10 cosmetically with rust, scrapes and bumps.
Inside is 7/10 and mechanically it’s a 7/10 exception being the light occasionally popping up and ac blows but not ice cold.
(Has a new compressor and other AC components.
