Dialogflow CX agent training experienced latency in "Global Locale" region

Summary: Dialogflow CX agent training is experiencing latency in "Global Locale" region

Description: Google Engineering has completed a fix rollout, and service is observed as recovering.

We are now monitoring for full recovery and will provide another update once service is determined restored.

We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2023-12-05 15:15 US/Pacific with current details.

Diagnosis: Some users may be experiencing latency with Dialogflow CX agent training. In addition some users may also be experiencing pending trainings for Dialogflow ES.

Workaround: None at this time.

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

Google Engineering is rolling out a fix, currently the ETA for completion is by Tuesday, 2023-12-05 13:30 US/Pacific.

We will provide more information by Tuesday, 2023-12-05 13:45 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Some users may be experiencing latency with Dialogflow CX agent training. In addition some users may also be experiencing pending trainings for Dialogflow ES.
