*Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* State teaching certification is required * Proven experience as a GED Instructor or in adult education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and understanding of diverse learning needs.
* Familiarity with GED testing procedures and content.
