MEDITATION MEETING
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Studies have shown that Meditation can help with all sorts of ailments, depression, anxiety, PTSD, physical, and emotion health issues.
It calms the nervous system and lowers cortisol in the blood reducing the stress hormone in the body.
(5 to 6PM Eastern Time)
This is a beginner’s meditation, short introduction, 20 minute silent sit, short discussion upon the meditation practice of that session.
