We are looking for part-time ,enthusiastic, personable, customer service-oriented professionals to join our team as Front Desk Representative/Membership Sales Advisor/Member Services.
The person in this position plays a key role in the overall success of the club by selling new memberships and providing legendary service to all Fitness First members and guests.
The position involves membership sales activities, monitoring the front desk area which includes controlling member and non-member access to the club, taking phone calls, making appointments and reservations, answering questions about membership, club programs and policies, assists with club maintenance and works cooperatively with co-workers to achieve center goals and deliver exemplary customer service.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Requirements: The ideal candidate has the following experience and qualities: *Previous sales experience* A passion for health and wellness and the ability to influence people in overcoming their obstacles to exercising, joining a fitness club and in making lifestyle changes *Enjoys building relationships-comfortable on the phone* Commitment to providing top notch customer service and experience in working in a fast-paced customer service role *Computer-savvy* Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner *Organized, flexible and resourceful* History of conflict resolution, active listening and written/verbal communication skills *Excellent communicator* Ability to execute multiple tasks at once and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment *Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred* CPR/AED Certified
