What are LEED modules?
LEED modules are fun, practical based courses built around learning through doing. They give you the freedom to develop personally and teach you transferable skills such as leadership and teamwork which are directly relatable to the real world, making you an ideal candidate for top employers. LEED modules are perfect for anyone wanting to do something different.
All LEED modules are designated as discovery skills modules and are available to students across all degree programmes and years. For example – level three students can take our level 1 & 2 modules as well as level 3 ones (subject to home departmental approval).
Why should I do a LEED module?
LEED modules will not only complement your existing life skills portfolio, but also set you an interesting and enjoyable learning challenge. Debate, problem solve and boost your confidence through the programme. Modules are taught using the superb facilities at The Edge, the new dedicated S&C facility and the adventurous setting of our outdoor centre in the Yorkshire Dales . You could find yourself learning through canoeing, climbing, orienteering, swimming or caving!
