We are a loving and dynamic family located in Rathdrum, Idaho, seeking a multi-talented individual to join our household team.
Our family consists of twin boys aged 9 and one sixth grade daughter.
We value education, faith, and a well-structured home environment.
Our household needs someone who can wear multiple hats and contribute to our family's well-being and growth.
Mom co-owns a coaching/consulting/recruiting business based out of Spokane.
*Position Overview:*We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to fill a unique combination of roles within our household.
This position is primarily needed to pick boys up from school in Post Falls daily at 2:45 or 3:30 and bring them home to Rathdrum, tidy house, help make lunches for next day and supervise homework, and prep dinner on days when I'm not able to.
Thursdays are late nights so staying til 6:30 or 7 and getting boys ready for bed.
Once every 6 weeks I need to travel overnight for work, and need you to take the.
boys to school as well, which means leaving our house at 7:15 am.
Longer travel may mean staying here overnight with the kids but this is not more than once a quarter usually.
It's not a lot of hours, but I would ask for your help in keeping things tidy and being available for the early mornings or late nights occasionally.
My husband lives here until April and has dementia.
He's harmless but may need reminding to take his meds.
*Responsibilities:*
*(Mon-Thurs during the school year):*
* Pick up twin boys (age 9) from school in Post Falls and transport them to our home in Rathdrum.
* Assist with homework and provide academic support.
* Tidy the house and perform light cleaning.
* Prepare meals for the children.
* Work late until maybe 7 or 7:30 pm on Thursday nights.
* Provide childcare for half to full days on Fridays.
* Occasional work on Saturdays.
Very occasional
* Stay overnight when the mother has to travel (infrequent, about once a quarter).
*Personal/Admin Assistant:*
* Run errands and complete grocery shopping.
* Manage email communications and correspondence.
* Schedule appointments and help with travel arrangements.
* Communicate with schools and manage school-related matters.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in childcare and driving children.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and occasional overnights.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
