*Key Requirements:*
* Proven professional cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook in a high volume, full service pub, bar, or restaurant
* Takes pride in every order that goes out
* Follows our recipes and techniques to ensure consistency
* Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
BBQ/smoker experience a plus
* Flexible schedule

* Strong leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills
* At least 1 year of BOH experience
* Valid ServSafe Food Handler Card
* Ability to stand and walk around a kitchen for up to 8 hours
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
*Responsibilities:*
* Oversees all kitchen activities, including prep, cooking food orders, using the BBQ/smoker
* Be in charge of food and supply ordering to keep inventory at appropriate levels
* Plan weekly menu specials
* Stocking, prepping and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
* Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the kitchen area at all times
* Continually work to increase knowledge about safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles
* Cleaning / re-stocking activities
* Work closely with FOH management
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
