The Budapest Stock Exchange, based on the recommendation of the Index Committee, has decided on the new composition of the BUX and BUMIX index baskets, effective from September 23, 2024. As a result of the changes, BIF shares will be removed from the BUX index, which contains the largest and most liquid stocks, leaving the index with 16 stocks going forward. In the BUMIX index, which includes medium and smaller capitalization companies, Zwack Unicum Plc shares will be added as a new member, while OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. and AKKO Invest Nyrt. securities will be removed. CMS Bratislava team has successfully advised on the first ever syndicated issue of covered bonds by Československá obchodná banka (ČSOB Finančná skupina) in the Slovak Republic. Our experienced team advised NATIXIS (Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking), Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft (Commerzbank AG), Estre Group Bank AG (Erste Group) and KBC Bank NV (KBC Bank & Verzekering), as joint lead managers, on Československá obchodná banka´s issue of EUR 500 million 3.375% covered bonds due 2029. This transaction was made under the Bond Issuance Programme, which has a total value of EUR 5.5 billion. Can you find the kind of rapid growth and innovation that characterizes successful start-up-like companies on the public stock exchange? 🚀 I give you a hint about one, and it is from Czech Republic: Primoco UAV SE. Check the figures below: almost 6 times growth in revenues and almost 10 times (!!) growth in EBITDA. Yes, one may argue the conflict in Ukraine is a one-off event helping significantly to boost sales, but if you follow the company you will notice that unlike other "grey" companies producing drones deployed in Ukraine without all the necessary certification, Primoco has all certification needed for civil and military use. A the current share price of CZK 900, fair value lies probably min 30% above.
