LinkedIn is full of pretense and distorted reality 😒! Companies try to simplify their hiring process by highlighting the great work environment they create for their employees. They outdo each other with posts full of smiling employees during company breakfasts or team yoga sessions. But often, it's just a one-time thing, solely for the purpose of creating enticing content 🤷♂️. Posts about teams celebrating shared successes or CEOs declaring how they positively motivate their employees with a smile and open arms are abundant. 🤔 All of this provides a distorted reality of what work is really like. 💡 At NEBBIA, we have benefits that are uncommon, and there aren't many companies in Slovakia that can compare with us. But this is absolutely not essential for A-team people. It's like asking fourth-tier football club players about the need for a well-chilled beer after training. ⚽️ In response to the same question at Real Madrid, we would get a completely different answer. Players are likely to be interested in ways to improve their fitness, kicking technique, or recovery. And that's perfectly fine. The difference lies only in priorities and needs at a given time. Our people don't need a "glamorous" presentation on LinkedIn and artificially created posts about how great it is here. It's not that great with us! We thrive on work where the result, which we must deliver, comes first. Only then can we belong to "Real Madrid". And staying in it for several seasons in a row is not easy at all. It's demanding, stressful, and often frustrating. But those who make it to the end of a successful season experience moments that are unforgettable. A Step That Complicated Our 2023! 👇 In 2022, we succumbed to the illusion of revenue growth 📈, aiming to expand our portfolio and transition to a pre-order business with our B2B partners, comprising 80% of our sales. We expected "taking a bite" out of their budgets. Mistakenly, we thought 🤔 what worked for major players would work for us too. We poured in hard work, finances, and attention. We forgot about one very important thing 🤦♂️. We made a key decision without listening to our customers. Now, we realize our partners desire something entirely different - flexibility and the ability to swiftly adapt to market changes, a key competitive advantage for us. Unfortunately, we were blinded by the motivation to replicate someone else's success. 🔄💡 We threw 1,5 years of work in the trash, and it will take a few more months to get back. But we've learned. Today, we know that with every decision, there must be an imaginary seat, which belongs to our customer. 👏 The year 2023 put NEBBIA on stage in Florida. And straight with a bronze in his hand. . . 🏅Our martin pecko presented the bronze medal at the Wellness Olympia 2023 to Elise Alcántara. 🤝We started cooperation with The Olympia in 2015. We are currently dressing all athletes during the Olympia Weekend. This prestigious collaboration not only gives us a look behind the scenes, where we experience a famous atmosphere. But, most importantly, we get to know the top athletes of the world who trust us and wear our pieces with joy. Seeing them together on stage dressed in NEBBIA outfits during the traditional "Meet the Olympians" was a very powerful moment for us. 📸 We have prepared 9 collections that we shot in Barcelona, Los Angeles and Florida. We have experienced many events together, such as the Grand Opening of NEBBIA Campus in Žilina, NEBBIA Challenge, Olympia Weekend, Academy Talks, Bazaar or Yoga in the Park. 💪 We were constantly improving, forming a winning team and giving courage to many people to live a fitness lifestyle and enjoy life to the fullest. Not every step is perfect. However, our commitment has always been 100% 👊. This is also thanks to regular caffeine refills ☕ from our cafeteria and a perfect habit of bringing cakes 🍪👌 for other colleagues.
